Telephone Orders:  Please call us at (801) 394-4355. We are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, Tuesday through Saturday.  We are a retail shop, so if you get the answering machine, please understand, we are probably trying to serve in-store customers.  Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Payment may be by credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), money order or personal check.  If you pay by check, we will hold your items until the check clears.  Otherwise, all in-stock items will be shipped within 48 business hours if possible.  All orders along with the appropriate shipping and handling must be prepaid before we ship.
 
Shipping within the USA:   We ship most items via US Priority Mail.  All in-stock items will ship within 48 business hours of receiving your order if possible.  If you are in a gigantic hurry, we can ship 2nd day air or even next day delivery for an extra charge.  You will have to call or email for a quote.  For conventional shipping, please allow 7 working days before inquiring about the status of your order.
 
Shipping Fees:

International Orders: We accept orders for delivery outside of the United States.  If you are unable to proceed through checkout, we may not have enabled your country.   Please email, write, or call our direct line in the United States at (801) 394-4355.  We have programmed the online order form to authorize a $40 charge for out-of-country shipping, but your actual charges may be substantially less or substantially more depending on destination and type of product ordered.  If the actual charge is less than $40, we will credit the savings back to your payment card.  If the shipping charge for your order is more than $40, we will email you with instructions on how we will collect the additional funds as we are unable to authorize your card beyond the amount of your order.

Depending on your country, customs and brokerage fees may apply to your order and we are not responsible for these fees.  It is illegal for us to designate your package as a gift.  Please do not ask us to do so.
